In order to ensure that our customers had some Royal Icing for their sugar skulls, we bought up a commercial grade restaurant Royal Icing Mix. The bags look much more plain than fancy. But it's a very good quality if you are making just a few sugar skulls. I have enclosed a typed instruction sheet with the bags. Angela You
